Beirut Flavors. Beijing Vibe
Mac Mac enters China backed by the Sumac Restaurant Group, a globally awarded culinary leader with over 15 years of experience and multiple global prestigious awards such as Best Lebanese Restaurant in Asia and Best Mediterranean Restaurant. Guided by its philosophy of “Global Quality, Localized Flavors”, the group brings the DNA of Mediterranean healthy dining into the heart of Beijing.
Celebrated for centuries across the Middle East and Europe, Lebanese cuisine is defined by refined techniques, layered flavors, and uncompromising ingredient standards. Employing Lebanese chefs has long been a mark of prestige in royal households — and Mac Mac’s all-Lebanese chef team now brings that heritage to China for the first time.
The brand stands on three pillars: Authentic, with recipes and spices sourced directly from Lebanon; Fresh, with ingredients grilled and prepared daily; and Chic, offering a youthful reinterpretation of time-honored Lebanese recipes for everyday accessibility.
